Request and approval

A submitted request is not a final reservation until approved by the administrator. Approved dates appear as booked in the calendar.

Weather and postponement

Safety decisions belong to the captain. Unsuitable conditions may require postponement, route changes or cancellation. The guest is informed using the booking contact details.

Guest cancellation

Payment, deposit and cancellation periods must be confirmed in writing before payment. The applicable terms shown in the confirmation take priority.
